I think I'm the only one who still hasn't caught on to the idea of six small meals a day. I just can't do it. I feel like if I eat six small meals, I'm just constantly eating. And in my mind, I'm trying to get away from that feeling. I know they said the six meals should be small, but I guess it's just a mind thing with me.
