    I lost 100 lbs n didn't cut out fast food completely... I do chose healthier options like grilled chicken n yogurt or turkey wrap... I will admit I did cut out anything fried but then again its not a big deal to me. Eating clean isn't THE ONLY WAY. Just sayin

    I get it, all of you that are freaking out arguing like to be over weight. thats fine. Just dont complain that you dont see results is all. If you want results get your diet in check and your water intake in check. that is all

    Honestly, there are occasions when I leave the gym and go to McDonalds, or Chick Fil A, but to order a salad. I absolutely loooooove the salad from Chick Fil A and even the salads at McDonalds. They both more than fit into my calorie/macronutrient needs in my daily regimine. And quite frankly, if someone wants to go eat fast food after a workout, who cares! That's them and I can't worry about others when I'm trying to get myself right.

    Squat 1x 385lbs

    and i do curls in front of the mirror every day...
