I lost 100 lbs n didn't cut out fast food completely... I do chose healthier options like grilled chicken n yogurt or turkey wrap... I will admit I did cut out anything fried but then again its not a big deal to me. Eating clean isn't THE ONLY WAY. Just sayin0

Honestly, there are occasions when I leave the gym and go to McDonalds, or Chick Fil A, but to order a salad. I absolutely loooooove the salad from Chick Fil A and even the salads at McDonalds. They both more than fit into my calorie/macronutrient needs in my daily regimine. And quite frankly, if someone wants to go eat fast food after a workout, who cares! That's them and I can't worry about others when I'm trying to get myself right.0
