Goals- I'd like my stomach to be flatter, and I would like my collarbone and hip bones to show. I'd also like to always fit into a size 5, since I'm between 5 and 7.0 -

I'd like to be at my goal weight by March of next year when I go on a trip with my friends to Las Vegas. And besides a goal weight, I'd also like to be under 20% body fat (right now I'm at 20.2%). I think ultimately I'd like to me somewhere between 14 - 18% body fat. I also want a flat stomach!0 -

This is the third time I have lost these same 40 pounds. First time was just brute force starvation on my own. Second time was with Nutrisystem. I thinking the third time will be the charm because unlike with Nutrisystem I am preparing and eating my own meals and really learning what portions are and what is healthy. Nutrisystem worked while I was eating their portioned controlled meals but things went out the window once I was on my own.
My remaining goal is primarily body fat % based, which I've calculated out to hit at around 153. I'm so glad I found MFP... I really think I've learned a lesson for life.0 -
start weight: probably over 230 but the highest I remember seeing on a scale was 226.
current weight: 151.2~!
goal weight: for now to get below 150.... i have been in the 50's since june! but longer term to 140 (putting me at a "healthy" bmi). from there I'd like to go to 135 so I have a bit of buffer room to stay within the healthy bmi. and then we'll see how i feel about going down to 125 with ultimate goal range of 125-130.
also I went from a size 18 down to a size 8. I would like to be around size 4-6 but honestly I have never been below a 12 before this so I have no idea what this would look like on me!
other goals are running related, just to keep getting faster and able to go longer! today was the first time I ever ran 4miles!0 -

I have had trouble controlling my weight since the birth of my first son over 6 years ago. I have had an extremely hard time after the birth of my daughter who was a preemie. My husband lost his job we lost our apartment and moved in with his mother. The weight just piled on and now I am doing something about it!
I want to be skinny and most of all fit! I am looking forward to my ultimate goal so I can get the big reward!

Goal 5: Be at goal weight (160) by July 18 2012 (4 year anniversary of when my husband and I met)
Reward: My husband promised me that when I hit goal weight I can go on a $500 shopping spree and makeover.

I started my weight loss journey 2 years ago and have lost a total of 80 lbs (at my current weight) I got down to 157 last summer but have put on a few pounds since then. I got my motivation back (most of it anyways) and am ready to get to my goal weight. I would like to be back to what I was by the beginning of the year to start all over again. Then I would like to lose the rest of my weight in a reasonable way so that I do not get burnt out and give up again. Congrats to everyone on here. I love reading success stories and seeing pictures. you all look amazing!
