    Goals- I'd like my stomach to be flatter, and I would like my collarbone and hip bones to show. I'd also like to always fit into a size 5, since I'm between 5 and 7.

    GW- at the moment 150 the ultimate would be 135-130 I am a medium frame so 140 would cut it for me. I am getting into weightlifting and would love to see me more defined... And less flabby.

    I'd like to be at my goal weight by March of next year when I go on a trip with my friends to Las Vegas. And besides a goal weight, I'd also like to be under 20% body fat (right now I'm at 20.2%). I think ultimately I'd like to me somewhere between 14 - 18% body fat. I also want a flat stomach!

    I lost 12 pounds in the first 2 mos. Now it's been 3 more months, and I've only lost 2 lbs. 1 to go.

    Lots of measurement improvements, though, so not complaining.

    I lost 36 lbs in the first three months, then 14 more over another three months, then I reached a plateau and have been there for a solid 3 months. Trying to break it to lose the last 21 pounds.

    So that equals 80lbs that I want to lose. I want to lose 65lbs-80lbs by the end of May for graduation. If I haven't lost 80lbs by then, I want to be at my final goal by August 20th.

    Measurements (These are semi-inaccurate because I used a construction measuring tape. I will update once I get a proper measuring tape).

    Bust: 37 inches
    Waist : 34 inches
    Hips: 48 inches
    Thighs: (widest part together): 46 inches
    Calves: (widest part together): 33 inches
    A Thigh: (widest part): 29 inches
    A Calf : (widest part): 19 inches

    Rewards (Put away $5 save from junk food every week):

    175lbs (-20lbs): New pair of shoes.
    160lbs (-35lbs): New outfit.
    145lbs (-50lbs): Day at the spa.
    125lbs (-70lbs): Day at spa and hair cut.
    115lbs (-80lbs): New wardrobe and cruise. (Cruise is a graduation present but I would be more able to enjoy it).

    This is the third time I have lost these same 40 pounds. First time was just brute force starvation on my own. Second time was with Nutrisystem. I thinking the third time will be the charm because unlike with Nutrisystem I am preparing and eating my own meals and really learning what portions are and what is healthy. Nutrisystem worked while I was eating their portioned controlled meals but things went out the window once I was on my own.

    My remaining goal is primarily body fat % based, which I've calculated out to hit at around 153. I'm so glad I found MFP... I really think I've learned a lesson for life.

    start weight: probably over 230 but the highest I remember seeing on a scale was 226.
    current weight: 151.2~!
    goal weight: for now to get below 150.... i have been in the 50's since june! but longer term to 140 (putting me at a "healthy" bmi). from there I'd like to go to 135 so I have a bit of buffer room to stay within the healthy bmi. and then we'll see how i feel about going down to 125 with ultimate goal range of 125-130.

    also I went from a size 18 down to a size 8. I would like to be around size 4-6 but honestly I have never been below a 12 before this so I have no idea what this would look like on me!

    other goals are running related, just to keep getting faster and able to go longer! today was the first time I ever ran 4miles!

    I have had trouble controlling my weight since the birth of my first son over 6 years ago. I have had an extremely hard time after the birth of my daughter who was a preemie. My husband lost his job we lost our apartment and moved in with his mother. The weight just piled on and now I am doing something about it!
    I want to be skinny and most of all fit! I am looking forward to my ultimate goal so I can get the big reward! :)

    Goal 1: Lose 25lbs (Acheived)
    Reward: New Shirt and Exercise Bike

    Goal 2: Lose 15lbs (235-230) by New Years Eve 2011/2012

    Goal 3: Lose 30lbs (200 or less) by end of March 2012 (my birthday/ wedding anniversary month)
    Reward: Outdoor bike and shopping for new clothes

    Goal 4: Ride 2-3 miles a week by June 2012
    Reward: New workout clothes and Nike shoes

    Goal 5: Be at goal weight (160) by July 18 2012 (4 year anniversary of when my husband and I met)
    Reward: My husband promised me that when I hit goal weight I can go on a $500 shopping spree and makeover.

    I am looking forward to my rewards for all my hard work!

    I started my weight loss journey 2 years ago and have lost a total of 80 lbs (at my current weight) I got down to 157 last summer but have put on a few pounds since then. I got my motivation back (most of it anyways) and am ready to get to my goal weight. I would like to be back to what I was by the beginning of the year to start all over again. Then I would like to lose the rest of my weight in a reasonable way so that I do not get burnt out and give up again. Congrats to everyone on here. I love reading success stories and seeing pictures. you all look amazing!
