I work out in the afternoons after work. I go twice a day or do double classes like 4 days out of the week, i normally take fri-sunday off, but some of those days i might just go for a walk or do a workout video, if im bored and wanna workout. This also allows my body a break, i dont think i could do it twice a day for 7 days.

I agree with this, it will make a major improvement, i was also over on my sodium but more like by the thousands and didnt realize it, and because i retain water i was wondering why i wasn't losing. But make these changes as stated and you should see some results.

I personally log it as exercise because i only do my "big clean" once a week and that i log under cleaning light, but the normal just tidy up stuff i do not log in, but if i am moving boxes and furniture like you stated then yes because that is outside of what you normally do.

I did a detox for 9 days fromthe fat smash diet, it was mainly fruits, veggies, oatmeal, brown rice, water, and some sources of protien it really helped me get past my plateu, and it was more than just drinking juice, and i lost 10 lbs during those 9 days. I noticed that when i ate a lot of processed foods and was under calorie and was working out i didnt lose anything at all. i used them the first time around when i lost weight and i love them, i have increased though and have the 3-4 and i think she even has a 5 mile one, its good exercise if you cant make it out to the gym or on yucky days, but its a good workout it will get you up and moving!!!
