yes i do it all the time, thats how i know like the week before or the week of its coming. I get crazy cravings, and then i want to eat everything in site and feel like im never full, and then once TOM leaves im back to normal.

i started at a 22/24, and i can currently fit into some 16 jeans, and went from a 2x shirt to an Xl in the misses section, and i wear a 14/16w, yeah theres a different between a regular 14/16 and a 14/16w, my goal is to be at a 12/14 misses.

im going to see how long mine grows out. I did my BC in July of this year and it is growing pretty fast i dont plan on using any heat on it for a long time. this wash n go method is really doing wonders for my hair and its growing super fast. Maybe when i am one year post BC i will straigthen it out and see how long it is.

I have never tried turbofire, but heard about it, if you can do that you cand handle zumba. I agree with the others the classes are way more fun, and you can always go in the back so people cant see you until you get comfortable with the steps. I do it about 4 times a week. ^^^^This, yes i agree great if you push yourself and have an amazing instructor, but i am getting use to it and it has become easy even with my hard instructors, so i have been incorporating other types of classes that are a bit more challenging. But i love zumba its so much fun!!!!
