Don't beat yourself up over one day. If it helps you to feel better, look at your weekly goal instead of daily. You went over today, but I'm sure you had a few days in the past week where you were far under your 1200 calorie daily goal, correct? As long as you're under your weekly goal, you're good. :)

Do you drink protein shakes? I've noticed that when I drink protein shakes, I end up with horrible gas. :blushing:

I'll be 42 in 2 days...I don't feel a day over 25! I try not to act a day over 25 either. :drinker: And I'm always open to new friends. :happy:

^^^^ This, or put a chair behind you and just barely touch it before coming back up to a standing position. Also, wear the flattest shoes possible or no shoes at all. I can't do squats with shoes on, it messes up my balance.

January 1st 2012 - 215 pounds Currently - 174 pounds January 1st 2013 - hopefully 160-165 My weight loss has slowed waaaay down in the past few months. Not sure what's going on, but hopeful that I'll keep losing between now and the new year to get me to that 165 at least.

That's the same kind that I buy. I really couldn't stand the taste at first either, but I've gotten used to it, and actually like it now. Try mixing it with orange juice or with some vanilla almond milk.

I've lost almost 40 pounds and am working on another 25-30, so none of my old clothes fit me anymore. Resale and thrift stores are the way to go. You can get clothing really cheap and when it gets to big on you, you can donate it back to the thrift stores. :) Congrats on your 20 pound loss, btw!

I just made turkey meatballs last week. I bought the Jenni-O brand ground turkey that has Italian seasonings already in it. I added bread crumbs, an egg, and cooked them in olive oil. Eat more. With all that exercise you're doing, if you're only getting between 1300 and 1500 calories a day, you're not eating enough. Start eating back your exercise calories...even if it's only half of them. :)

I will be 42 in January and have about 25-30 more pounds to lose. I've lost 38 already, but it's really slowing down and I can use all the extra support I can get. Any body feel free to add me! :) I track everything and log in every day.
