I have been going through this exact thing! I had gotten down to 167, but have been stuck there since the first of January. Three weeks ago I decided to take a break. I took 2 weeks off from counting calories and from working out. This past week, I started counting calories and working out again. In the past 3 weeks, I've…

Well, yeah...doesn't everyone? :smokin:

I seriously did LOL at this.

2 pounds every 2 weeks is great!! It's taken me almost 5 months to lose 2 pounds. :grumble:

I don't usually have too much of a problem, but some months are worse than others. This time, so far, has been a little worse than normal...double serving of Bear Claw ice cream last night...just finished a huge, delicious pancake that I cooked in butter and then drowned in syrup...it was soooo good! I don't stress out…

I need to watch this later...maybe I'll get some answers to why I too have stalled.

I started the OHP at 45 pounds last May...I was just able to finally lift 80 pounds last week. I was stuck at 70-75 FOREVER! I didn't think I'd ever be able to do 80. I was only able to do 3x5, but I'll take it! lol I'm sure it will be another few months before I'm able to make 85 pounds.

Yup, it happens. My sister lost a bunch of weight about 10 years ago. After she lost the weight, she started going out with friends more, started going to the tanning booth, having her hair done, got a job...none of these things she did before she lost the weight. She started getting lots of attention from other men and…

I finally got around to making these today for my lunch. Advice to anyone who makes these, you need to weigh your flour instead of just measuring. My level 1/4 cup of flour (I used all purpose) weighed 37 grams, for a total of 131 calories. One serving of flour, at 110 calories, is only 31 grams. My tortillas came out to…

Thanks so much! I am super proud of myself! Going out tonight with my hubby to celebrate. :drinker:
-
Did the usual day to day stuff, then cooked dinner for the family. Afterwards, hubby and I went out to the strip club for boobies and beers. :drinker:

I had 3 beers last night. I'll most likely have at least 5 more tonight. :drinker:

I have my husband's name on my ring finger, in place of my wedding ring and he has my name in place of his ring. I always said that getting your SO's name tattooed on you is a stupid idea, and I still feel that way to an extent. If you've been together for a short time, don't do it. If you have a touch and go relationship,…

So have a snack and don't worry so much about your daily calories. As long as you're within your weekly calorie goal, you're good. :drinker:

I make homemade honey mustard dressing all the time but never thought to use greek yogurt! I definitely need to try this!
-
That is an awesome idea!! Totally stealing this and going to do it maybe this spring.

A friend of mine spent over $100 on the Sensa sprinkles. Stupid.

Congratulations! :drinker: Isn't that an awesome feeling?! I'm doing stronglifts also and finally reached body weight on squats a couple weeks ago. Now I'm up to 20 pounds over my body weight and it makes me feel like I can do anything!! :glasses:

Thanks ladies! :) One piece of advice...TAKE BEFORE PICTURES!!! I didn't take any when I started and I sooo wish that I had. Most days I don't feel like I've really lost anything, but looking at my measurements, there's no denying it. I just wish I had some before pictures to compare with where I am now. :-/

Homemade watermelon rind pickles. Yum!

Chantix. Best thing to ever happen to me.

We rarely ever eat out...too expensive for a family of 5. Maybe once a month we'll splurge and buy a couple $5 pizzas from Little Caesar's. There's myself, my husband and 3 children (2 of them teenagers). Just for food alone, we spend about $250 a month. And that's a good month! Most months average around $200 or…

I've been doing SL off and on for the past 8 months. I do very little cardio; 3 mile walks when the weather is nice, maybe 20 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical after I finish my SL workout, but other than that the majority of my exercise has been my SL routine. In the past 8 months I have lost roughly 32 inches! So…

Three girls...18, 16 and one soon to be 10 year old, in 2 weeks.

After making waffles together for nearly 20 years, we sometimes only make them 4-5 times a month now. This past month, however, we've made waffles 14 times! Of course, we make them much more often when we invite friends over.

All of them. :drinker:

My daughter is a Girl Scout, so there is no avoiding them here. I ordered 6 boxes...so far. lol

I like to eat left over brown rice for breakfast sometimes. I'll add a little bit of brown sugar, almond milk and some cinnamon. Eat warm. It's delicious.

OMG Best answer yet!

That's what I was just thinking, too!
