    I will be celebrating 25yrs of making and eating waffles with my best friend next month! We both still love waffles and have them at LEAST 4 times per week! And we like all kinds of waffles, sometimes Eggos, sometimes long drawn out waffles. I think waffles make you happy, and everyone should have waffles more often. :love:

    If it were up to me we'd have waffles every day, but the truth is we have waffles once or twice a wk due to very different work schedules/hours and different hunger levels.

    After making waffles together for nearly 20 years, we sometimes only make them 4-5 times a month now. This past month, however, we've made waffles 14 times! Of course, we make them much more often when we invite friends over. :smile:

    Too bad you don't live in Jersey...we could make waffles together ;-)

    Sounds like I need to take a motorcycle trip to jersey as soon as it gets warmer :-D

    Well, I have standard sized waffles at least twice a week with the same iron. I also enjoy a belgian on the side every now and then with a younger iron. I'm not totally commited to either waffle as I enjoy them both. :wink:

    Does it count if you have several waffle irons ready for anytime? Hmmm now I am hungry. I need to see if a waffle iron is ready ......

    I want to try this different kind of waffle maker where you flip it over and use the other side. She won't let me, and keeps saying she isn't into that kind of waffles :sad:

    What you need to do is add a very decent amount of vodka to your partner's batter about and hour before you make the waffles.... Might work....
    Don't forget when you do use the new waffle maker to use some cooking spray



    And vodka lol

    also try buying a small toy waffle maker for the first few times

    find the best kind of cooking spray for that in ann summers...designed for the flipped over waffles (just saying!):blushing: also you might need A LOT of cooking spray
