I did WW back in 2010 after giving birth to my son. I would count calories and track it here on MFP but would use a lot of the WW meals that are sold in the frozen isle. I loss a good 63 lbs doing it this way along with a good exercise plan. Now I'm 9 days postpartum and looking to do the same.

Hi you all... I need to join this party have a few Lbs to lose myself... Gave birth May 6th and looking to get down to my pre-pregnancy weight... 5'3 staring weight 172 goal weight 125-130 current weight as of two weeks ago was 166 I'm a little scare to weigh myself yet lol feel free to add me :-)

Hello OP I'm on the same boat I'm one week postpartum and was hoping to breast feed while losing weight. I'm not sure if I'm one of the lucky ones that drop the lbs like water fingers crossed. I'll friend request you so that we can journey together.

I hear if you don't eat enough your body will hold on to a few lbs to account for the calories consumed while breast feeding.

That's great...I had my LO a week ago... Currently trying to juggle breast feeding and losing the baby weight. Gained a total of 32lbs with this pregnancy and I'm afraid to weigh myself pp. Need friends like you for motivation... New mommies on a mission lol.

I'm currently 39 weeks pregnant with a scheduled c-section for May 4th. I've gained 32 pounds thus far, started off at 140... Hoping to get down to my pre pregnancy weight plus and extra 10lbs once my baby girl is born. Fingers crossed.

Strawberry smoothie 1C of pacific natural foods unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1C of strawberries 1tsp of vanilla extract And sweetened to taste I use Splenda 93 calories and so delicious

Well I'm not that new of a mommy anymore :-) I have a 5 year old girl and a 13 month old boy... When I had my son I stayed at 193 pounds from 145 pre preggo now I'm down to 133lbs MFP is a big help add me if you'd like... I'm only 5'3" btw :-)

That's probably like the body bugg... Technically I'm suppose to wear it 23hrs a day the 1 hour rest for showers and what not... It does count your steps, and even tells you how much you burn as you sleep... You can also log your food there but I don't because I'm in love with MFP :-)

I have the body bugg from the biggest loser and it works great it tells you exactly how many calories you've burn and it is compatible with my iPhone so that I can get my readings at all times... Unlike the timex I had before this one it doesn't give you odd readings like 600 calories for a jillina michaels DVD when in fat…

For me the MFP calculations are too high that's why I go by what my body bugg tells me. It all depends on your current weight and how much effort you're really putting into the work outs. I just don't trust it at all.

Your best bet is to get a hrm so you can wear it as you exercise, because the numbers here on mfp are an approximation since we don't all exercise with the same intensity. Good luck :-)

I had my second baby on July 1st of 2010 as well and I feel your pain... My stomach looks like a deflating balloon even after losing all the baby weight plus a few extra... All the crunches in the world have not helped a the rest of my body looks pretty toned... Hopefully you get some good feedback so that I can benefit…

I take two days off a week as well...and as some have stated, my first day back into action I work out the hardest because of the fact that I've given my body a rest... I usually do try and take both days back to back but other weeks it is on separate occasions so don't worry about it.
