Hi, I'm no longer breastfeeding, and held off on losing weight until now for that very same reason :-) My little boy is 6 months and has been on solids for about 2 months now!! But its a good message for any breastfeeding mothers out there.

Am a bit late to this thread, but I'm just starting over at 1200cal after having my baby and planning for a wedding this year! I am 5'3'' . I will set my diary to public, feel free to add me- I welcome any tips, encouragement and help I can get!!! We can SO do this :-) It is easier with like-minded folks, though!

Hi! I love my Kindle, too- being a voracious reader, i can plough through a book in a few hours- so on holidays I love it now that i don't end up with like, 10 books to take home with me! Too much luggage... ( Mind you, i do miss that fresh "book smell", I wonder if amazon can incorporate that into the kindle somehow?…

I am reaaaaly terrible at drinking water, but it helps to have a jug of water at hand at home, so I get a visual reminder to drink, even if its only in the evenings, i get a few glasses in!:drinker:

I totally agree with above comment, keep the fridge and cupboard free of junk, sweets ...maybe even the peanut butter :wink: A tip i have heard of is if you must have snacks about the place, put them inside brown paper bags- out of sight, out of mind! Also, you could have snacks in one specific place, say an opaque plastic…
