  • I was 160 before my kids, and at the time I had been putting on weight so I figure another 10 pounds to 150 would be ideal. But I figure as I get closer I can decide if more or less is the way to go.
  • I was married at 21 and I got pregnant at 23 and then 24. We had people roll their eyes or tell us we were too young but we couldn't be happier. Life happens, and you will be surprised how much you have in you and as long as you try your hardest you will be a great mother and provide a happy life for the little one.
  • 2lbs....but it was mothers day, with bacon and chocolate chip pancakes for breakfast, I knew what was going to happen :)
  • I don't binge but on the weekends I don't calorie count. It is too much for my busy life and I feel it ruins the weekends and is much harder as we are often eating at peoples houses. I still am careful, so I don't go for that extra slice of cake nor do I have fast food or anything that will derail me, but I don't spend the…
  • I'm about to start week 6. I have definitely repeated a few days, when I felt off and couldn't complete them. There is nothing wrong with that, take the time you need and you'll surprise yourself in no time. It isn't a race to see who finished the program first, or the quickest.
  • I'm starting week 6 tonight and pretty excited. I couldn't believe I managed the 20 minute run, so looking forward to running for longer.

  • I'm in the middle of week 5 and so far it is the hardest. Only because I have that 20 minute run tonight and I'm not sure how well I'm going to do.
  • I pick the highest option so I'm not going over.
  • Welcome! I was completely new to running when I started and although I am not at a 5k point yet, I am amazed at how far I have come, this is a great program.
  • Congratulations! You did a great thing! I can't wait till I can say the same thing.
  • I log drinks if they have calories. Even my tea as the milk will add up. I'd feel like I was cheating otherwise.
  • Going to start Week 5 tonight. I am not too worried about tonight but in a couple of days....20 minutes. Oh my!

  • I just did week 4 day 2 and I a surprising myself everytime I go out. Never thought I'd run 5 minutes, so looking forward to the next challenge.
  • This is happening to me. The scale has hardly budged yet my waist is smaller and I feel and look better. I am not going to obsess over that scale if I feel better.
  • At the end of the day the number on the scale is just a number. It is more important how you feel and look. Weighing yourself might give an indicator that you are going in the right direction but there are other factors to become healthier/weight loss so don't worry about it too much. Maybe start taking measurements. I…
  • In the mornings, and I wear my pjs. I figure they can't weigh that much
  • Something similar happened to me Tuesday. There is nothing to be done now, so I am just moving forward and not using it as an excuse to give up completely and trying extra hard the rest of the week.
  • Thanks! It did go really well. Once I had done the first 3 minutes I knew I could do it and now I feel really great I finished properly.

  • I am about to start week 3 and so far I am loving it. Even when I was athletic I was never a runner so the concept of running was really foreign and scary to me so having this guide has eased me in and made it fun. I think I would have given up already without the help and now I find I am excited to go for my runs.
