Thanks for you guys input!!! Neanderthin....I don't think its goofy, it actually gives your coffee a smooth taste. I was putting it in my coffee because it made it easier to digest...but I ended up really liking it!

Thanks guys....that's the info I've been looking for. They described it as being this super food that aids in weight loss. I'd been putting a tablespoonful in my coffee EVERYDAY....I'm going to cut it down to 1/2 tsp because I don't see it helping me any either!! Thanks again.

Well silly me...I thought that cutting out meat would help the weight loss!! Now I know better lol....thanks for the input, the good and the bad. Someone actually told me that cutting out the meat would help me detox, but I'm eating at a deficit again, I just didn't understand why my stomach grew a whole inch in 5 days.…

Totally agree with kiki, besides you don't want to look skinny fat if you do lose the weight. ?.oh another thing is I doubt if you're going to drink those shakes for the rest of your life because when you start eating regularly you may not like the results.

I just cheat some days....don't handle them any special way!
