Too much water?

Options
since i rejoined my fitness pal again I've been drinking a lot water. I've also been getting these weird headaches! I tried to pinpoint when they started, and I've came to the conclusion that they started since I've changed my eating, drinking, and exercising habits. I originally thought I was just detoxing but I shouldn't still be getting headaches at this point. Long story short, after I did some investigating I think it may be too much water and not enough sodium. Anyone else have this problem? If so how do I fix it?

Drink less water. Or eat more sodium. Either way would work. There's no reason to force feed yourself a random arbitrary amount of water, too much is just as fatal as not enough.

Drink when you're thirsty, stop when you aren't. Realize that "water" actually means "liquid" when it comes to hydration, and that your coffee, or juices, or teas, or sodas, or whatever you drink also hydrate and "count," whether you decide to count them or not.
