You're not alone, and yes it's hard. For me personally exercise doesn't produce enough endorphins so motivation is mostly low.

Hi um, not sure what to say but "hi". I'm slowly reducing my calories by putting intermittent goal weights this way I'm hoping my weightloss will be more manageable.

What do I do if I can't get 8 hours sleep per night?

I usually go to bed about 9pm, fall asleep around 10pm maybe 10:30, but still wake during the night, sometimes even only a couple of hours after going to sleep, and have been waking earlier, that added to the waking in the night means I don't feel rested when I get up.

not had pancakes in ages, have been considering adding some protein powder to the mix next time I make some, chocolate flavour pancakes mmmm

bread, bagels and cheese. I do like some lower fat cheese like philadelphia but sometimes only a strong cheddar will do :(

Anniversaries always get me was 4 years since mum died in January and 16 years since my nana and grandad died this month, 11 years since a great friend of mine died was January as well. I tend to withdraw, ignore everyone, try to stay away from the alcohol.

May do some kinect boxing later or set the wii up and do some zumba :)

If you can do it then go for it, I wish I was able to do stronglifts and insanity, when I get a bit stronger I'm going to get a weighted vest to add to my convict conditioning

Well I can now use my dumbbells, albeit only for short bursts but they are getting some use other than a door stop :)

yep have both, use just dance and JD2, and zumba on wii and boxing on the xbox, thinking about getting zumba rush on kinect and zumba 2 on wii, also like wii sports resort, the sword play and cycling are most used

I measure before as well, not sure what the equivalent is, but 1 cup of dry pasta is too much for me
