  • I have been thinking the same thing!! I was actually thinking of cooking the chicken in chicken broth and adding some salt and other seasonings (not sure what yet) I do crockpot cooking occasionally and I don't see how I/we can go wrong! Good luck :flowerforyou:

  • I do remember the first few weeks of being on this site and decreasing my calories, I was DEFINETELY more tired than normal. I am no doctor, but I would also think it is the bodies way of adjusting to the lack of carbs/sugars ect.
