Giving up cigs is HARD! Congrats on your streak! I had to give up beer for a while for me to finally quit for good. Those two went hand in hand for me. But, after many, many attempts at quitting, I'm now smoke free for over 10 years.

Yes. In February, I started out walking a couple miles, works my way up in speed and distance. These days, I jog 3.5 miles 3-4 days a week and jog with some very minimal walking 6.5 miles at least one day on the weekends. I use a detergent called WIN. Made for workout clothes, but didn't leave a strong odor like Tide Sport. Can order on the internet from the company, and used to be from Amazon. Works great. Vinegar didn't work that week for us.
