  • I am in Brentford, could be mistaken for London :)
  • It's only realistic if you work out and add some calories to your day. I try for 2 half hour walks to give myself 300 calories extra and get to 1500.
  • The phrase 'first world problems' when it's applied to things that actually exist in the third world. My phone run out of battery is not a first world problem. People in the third world have phones too. Goes for most other stuff in the world as well. People don't live in trees over there!
  • Parents who use baby talk to speak to their kids. Actually anybody who speaks to kids in a cartoon/baby voice makes me want to bash their head in. Parents who cannot discipline their kids in communal areas. No, it's not cute that your child just kicked me. Go away.
  • If you are burning calories and love the class, keep doing it! You need something that you will do because you love it as there is less chance of you dropping it. Keep going!
  • Hi everyone, my name is Leillah and I am relaxed with a side shave. I am the absolute salon girl, hate doing my own hair. So much that I started a salon finder website  I am trying to lose about 8kg, not sure what that is in pounds. I loove to eat!
  • I think it's the increased water intake and the clean eating especially if you are upping your protein. Protein and water are essential for hair growth. Dried sweat will break your hair though, so try and wipe the sweat off with a damp cloth through the hair as you probably can't wash it daily.
  • I bought these recently http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B00II1U3LO?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o09_s00 and they seem to do the job. They were quite cheap as well. It's just for weight though, no body fat and all that fancy stuff.
  • I suggest omelettes. If you are not too keen on cooking and a bit scared to start, that would be my go to option. Try a plain omelette, then one with spices, then one with vegetables and slowly progress until you are making fancy ones. Eggs are cheap and easy to cook. Good luck. You sound like you are really trying to make…
  • I don't exercise because of the cramps and I feel so sorry for myself that I eat everything. Everything. Especially chocolate and pizza with a side of chocolate. Gives me a chance to see what would happen if I wasn't tracking calories all the time. (And the answer is bad things  )
  • Happy Thursday all: Mon 30 Tues 40 Wed 50 Thur 40 Fri Sat Sun Bringing me to 160/180.
  • First time doing this. I need the motivation. Going to try for the 180 to begin with. Monday 30 Tuesday 40 Wed Thur Fri Sat Sun Total/min left 70/180
  • Try doing 2 T25'S a day since you already have the dvd's. When that is not enough anymore, then move on to insanity. I don't actually think insanity is that hard if you are already fit. Insanity is not kind to the knees though.
  • Hi, if you moisturise your hair before you work out and then put it in large twists, it should be easy to deal with when you are done working out. Failing that I would go for braids or senegalese twists.
  • I wasted a year's gym membership during which I went about 5 times. Like you, I work full time, have a second job/website/hobby and I have a child. Let's neglect the husband for now. The only way that I have managed to get any exercise done is by using th dvds. I got the T25, cancelled my gym membership which was £35 a…
  • I started doing T25 5 weeks ago now and it has taken me from a few walks a day to fit enough to want to do a second dvd after the first 25 minutes. If you have knee trouble, I would advise that you do the modified version of it if you get it. I also started the hip hop abs which I found slightly disappointing. It's a bit…
  • The first 3 days are the hardest. Do the stretching video as it will help with the pain. I am now on beta week 2 and you do get used to it after a while. On a good day now, I can do a beta and an alpha one on the same day. It is great for getting fitness levels up.
  • If your hair is falling out, please see a trichologist. You might need some bloodwork for them to figure out what it is. I am not a fan of biotin because it makes the hair grow everywhere, so not just where you want it, which I can't deal with. Easy fixes: Up your water and protein intake.
  • Sorry, I just stopped coz I liked the title :). But now that I am here: I got to my goal weight a year ago or so, and stopped using MFP and WLR. I then proceeded to gain 2 pounds a month for a year of not logging or weighing myself. I am now at my heaviest EVER. I wasn't this heavy while pregnant :( and trying to start all…
  • Hi, I have about 20 pounds to go so I would appreciate the company and the motivation. Adding you!
  • Woop woop. Yeah random active friends needed. The more random the better.
  • I started the beta stage this week. I did alpha and for the first 3 days, I could hardly walk. And then I did the stretch dvd. And I wasn't so sore anymore. The beginning of beta has been rough thoughm lots of soreness again. But I feel great after I do it. I have not lost that much weight though, about 4-5 pounds, but…
  • It's been 5 days. How many days of bad eating did you have that got you to the weight that you are at? I am betting it was more than 5. So draw a line under this, and start again. You have all the reasons to restart so just do it!
  • Slightly less pretty but after you apply your conditioner, you can wrap your head in cling film before your swim cap. That would help cover your hair a little bit more.
  • I am allergic to shea butter. But I do use coconut oil with rosemary and a few drops of peppermint.
  • I am NOT a morning person. Not sure if I like waking up in the afternoons either to be fair. I started T25 4 weeks ago and the only way I could do it was to wake up at 6:30. It is painful, it's hard in the beginning but what gets me up is the fact that it;s 25 minutes. Even if I go back to bed, it's only for 25 minutes of…
  • I am on week 4 on T25 Alpha. I am beginning to lose some weight only now. Not much but enough to keep me going. I am fitter now and it doesn't hurt anymore. I do it in the morning before I leave the house and it gives me a lot of energy throughout the day.(Probably from knowing that I don't have to do it later)
