    Hi everyone. I'm here in bonnie Scotland. Ayrshire to be exact :smile: Giving this weight loss malarkey a go after recently being told I have high blood pressure. No intention of losing what the doctor wants me to lose, but I'll be happy to lose 3-5 stone. I guess I'm in for the long haul now :neutral: Would be great to hear from anyone else who has more than a few pounds to lose and can relate to the struggle I'm now facing.

    Hi Im in the uk too. Started monitoring food 1 June to see what I eat. 8th June started 1350 calories per day. I have 10 stone to lose. Started cycling in April to get fitter. I want to be fit and unfat not fat and unfit.
