These are my 30DS results. My biggest bit of advice would be take rest days! I always took at least 2 days off a week. Wait until you're ready to move to the next level. I am about 5 weeks into EMTWL and am loving it! I didn't do a full reset because I haven't really done a long term VLCD for long periods. SO I started at TDEE - 15%. :smile: Just put the scale away for a month! Measure today and then don't do it again in a month! I just loved how good and strong I felt I went with that. It's taken me 70 days to lose 7 pounds but I feel confident that those are 7 pounds I will never gain again!
