When your clothes get big, get rid of them!! This has stopped me from going backwards by refusing to buy larger clothes. This has helped me maintain the 75lbs lost. :)

I agree with this. I had to completely remove sugar, deep fried and processed foods for a good 3 weeks, no cheating. Yes, it was pure h e double hockey sticks, but it's what I needed to change my mindset. I actually get excited to eat a grapefruit now! I agree about the shoes. The first few times I did it my feet went numb. The I decided to try a pair that are about a half size to big and no numbness!

Loved the book and LOVE Vega products! I go for weeks eating Vegetarian, and days Vegan, then back to meat. I try to listen to what my body needs, and I am enjoying figuring out what's best.
