banana, eggs, almond or coconut milk or water, coconut flour (not much at all!) buckwheat flour, protein powder & vanilla roughly follow the proportions for pancakes - fiddling with the amounts til it seems right - they end up different every time!

a good hrm is essential: polar hrm - with gps if possible - rcx5 is great but pricey use gps and pedometer apps on phone then sync everything thru mfp - endomondo is handy for that just got a fitbit and it's fun and motivating but not essential

how do you work out which way you run? and how do you switch to running forefoot first...as a novice i'm just out there glad to be running of sorts, but i'm sticking to my super suportive cushioned trainers and keeping my barefoot ones for lifting in the gym

New Rules series are books there's loads of info and group here on mfp....that's how i got hooked also groups on facebook for support, motivation and info also agree that Jillian Michaels 30ds is not really a weight workout....it's a great workout esp for doing at home alongside weights at the gym

totally agree! or New Rules of Lifting for Life is the more up to date version of NRL4W - think it's a bit easier to follow and also can be used by total beginner and the experts

couscous is made from millet, wheat or barley flour rolled into balls. it is not a grain in its own right, so it is similar to pasta really.
