You can absolutely learn using YouTube videos. I personally like bodybuilding.com and there are some things for you to print and take with you to the gym. I had hired a trainer and he was horrible. Waste of money. I ended up working out at home but sometimes miss the heavier weights that I used at the gym. I take my iPad…

I love crunches and standing crunches. It all comes down to food but to work the abs underneath, those are my favorites. I use T25 and Insanity-Shaun T knows his ab workouts!

Do you consume dairy? Or gluten products? A few of my friends are SUPER lean and when they gave up those two things-their abs started to really show. I was just with them this weekend and if they ate a sandwich or a bread product, they were super bloated, it was crazy to see in person! I've seen so many people post pics on…

So many women have it (or had it) Its not an easy area to tackle but it can be done! Eat very lean foods. Minimal fruit and lots of veggies-but not veggies that bloat, like broccoli & brussel sprouts (my 2 favorites) I've been told to give up fruit, dairy, gluten and certain vegetables. For exercise, weight training and…

I prefer to use www.fat2fitradio.com to figure my calories. MFP seems to put all women at 1200. Please do not starve yourself. at 22, you are in a great place to really educate yourself about living a healthy lifestyle. Turn to weight training, whole food meal plans and body fat, not the scale. Seeing ribs is not…

As you lose weight/fat your body will hit a plateau, which is what you have done. You will need to change things up to get things moving again. Add some weight training, High Intensity Intervals, you might need to increase your calories-even if just for a few days. Shock that body, you can do it!!! :) GREAT job on the loss…

I don't have a scale goal. I just want a flat belly & toned limbs. My friend is 5'8" and weighs 150lbs and she's a size zero-all muscle, no fat. Scales are not a great measurement!

exactly! LOL

I have lots of reasons....my kids hated the gym's daycare so that made the gym miserable for me. Trainers at the gym only want to help you figure out what to do if you sign up and pay more. I felt stupid at the gym in classes if I was new, and I was always new because I'd only go once....because I am uncoordinated! I hated…

800-900 calories per day and it allows Splenda? Sounds terrible! The body needs more energy than that to breathe and be alive, These fad diets are horrible. The Eat Clean Diet by Tosca Reno. Real food, no calorie counting, delicious, healthy & you eat a LOT of food-just the good kind! Get the book from your library!

Never drink any diet soda (or any soda for that matter) Aspartame should not be consumed. Drink water with lemon, seltzer water if you like the carbonation.
-
I wouldn't blame the protein shake. Whatever you ate over the weekend is probably just hanging on. Drink extra water & eat extra clean, it will probably go away. :)

I'm surprising my family with a trip to Hawaii for our 10th wedding anniversary. I also have a photo shoot booked for all of us.

Singing & dancing and playing guitar!

LOVE them both! you will do fantastic....IF you forget about that number on the scale  You are going to build muscle & burn fat but the scale might not move like crazy, but your clothes will fit much better...very soon! I'm currently doing P90X/Turbo Fire together and I take kickboxing classes just to meet new…

Kickboxing class and then Turbo Fire HIIT 40

Congratulations (so far!!!) You look great! P90X got me off the couch too!
-
Best post, thanks for sharing it! I see it all the time, its sad when people are so 'boxed' in...my family members included!

Do you have cable or Roku? On Fit TV, there are yoga segments on each morning. On Roku, there is a whole channel of workouts. As far as DVDs, I've done Denise Austin, P90X, Kathy Smith and Rodney Yee. I see Jillian MIchaels has a new one out too.

Absolutely! I don't think anyone should suggest ANYTHING for someone with an illness of any kind.

I'm interested in hearing both sides. I've sat and listened to the creator of this product and researched some of the ingredients but I've never heard an opposition from the scientific side, only those who complain about the price.

That, I do not know but you can go on Facebook and message Darin Olien, he'll answer all questions.

Protein shakes are a great way to make sure you are getting enough protein. You could drink half before your workout & half after, or use them as a snack in between meals. You always want to continue eating healthy food but there is nothing wrong with having protein shakes. Make sure the protein you choose doesn't have a…

Beachbody does not make any claims that Shakeology counteracts symptoms of MS but there are people on the BB message boards who claim when they started drinking Shakeology, THEIR symptoms were alleviated in different ways. There is a whole link of people with MS who discuss how it has helped THEM. My friend has suffered…

Did you get it directly from Beachbody or from a coach? If so, contact them and they will send you a replacement for free.

You are definitely not alone!!!!
