My meds have not been in hyper til now, ( hopefully blood test today will verify) they will keep me in hyper to avoid cell reproduction. I'm just restarting this site since gaining this mess of weight so we'lol see how it goes with diet and exercise

That's great to know! My surgery was in June and again 1st of July ( complications during 1st surgery) my numbers are finally getting where they need to be but, just switched doctors since my last refused to check all my levels ( only checked t4) so getting new blood work up next week and we'll go from there.

Awesome job! I got my dad to join mfp a year ago and he has also had great results.. No longer diabetic, bye bye high blood sugar, high blood pressure,.. It's fantastic to see he will have a longer life with his family and fiends and you have done the same! Congrats :)

After reading your post I have to agree that you are lacking calories for the amount of activities you are doing, make sure you are logging your exercise and eat back at least 1/2 the calories you earn... I always make my own and NO not with cauliflower crust I can cheat and still make it healthy and good! I sooo agree, I eat about 150-250 calories a day in veggies! I always log my veggies.

I agree, I do stay at 1200 cals but if I exercise I eat them back. It was a gradual reduction for me from when I started so I don't think I noticed any starvation but agree with logging 800 cals and burning 500 is soooo bad for you not trying to be snarky I really do agree :)

I do these too. Also we can buy pizza dough at hungry howies uncooked so I take 1/8 equal to one slice and thin it out into a large crust and then use lots of veggies and sauce then little cheese. This way I control my calories yet still get a lot of pizza when the craving hits lol. Always use 96/4 ground beef beef…

I keep snacks in the house for the hubby and kids too. But it's stuff that doesn't appeal to me. Hubby loves milky ways, I don't . Kids love Pringles, not me. I love my fitbit but I don't sync it to mfp, I did at first but I prefer just seeing the amount of steps I take and the ease of use. Also very durable ( went through washer and dryer twice in one week and still works lol)
