Awesome JOB!!!! I say stick with what works for you.

Avocado smoothie that tastes like a milkshake 1/2 ripe avocado 1 cup milk (your choice of dairy or non dairy) I prefer coconut milk 1 tbsp cocoa powder (i prefer ghiradelhi) 1 tbsp honey ice Blend until smooth ENJOY !!!! best part is you can take away some of the liquid and it turns into a mousse

I wish i loved running too. I seem to lack the time (babysitter constraints)

Ok so I see you discovered this problem too. Good now i dont feel so bad:laugh:

The only room that is big enough is the family room and my family will not allow me to monopolize the tv like that. which is too bad coz i wanted to try that program
-
I did the insanity fit test and threw up. nope not that crazy, wont do that again. I did the JM 30 day shred and her kettlebell dvd
-
I say change it up whenever possible. do what is fun. I started the same way you did, then i added zumba spin kickboxing bootcamp and now running. I get bored easy so i gotta mix it up

Research. I read the runners world magazines and they have the best advice for all levels of runners. They helped me find the best free app of the C25K program. I'm up to day 3 week 1 and i feel great.

I am happy for her and i remind myself everyday that we are different body types and and ages. I know this is my psychosis and not anyone else's i think i just needed to get this out a purge so to speak. Maybe now that i've said it out loud i can move forward
-
If your friend isn't being supportive, you should say something to her. She may not realize what she's doing or how much it bothers you. I keep thinking it in my head, all she is doing is posting her progress here on MFP and on FB and when ever we talk its always about what she ate and what she did for exercise.

thanks for the support and suggestion,
-
I kinda feel like shes rubbing it my face like "ha ha I'm losing and your not"
-
Not alone, I've been the same weight on the scale for almost 2 months. I haven't lost and I've been good with food better at exercising but the pudge wont budge. my clothes are looser and people say i look good and to keep up the good work. I keep coming back to MFP coz i'm addicted to the numbers on my food and exercise…
