I'm not one for giving out medical advice around here, but....it could be an infection that was actually caused by the antibiotics (even if it's been several weeks since you took them). You know you have good bacteria in your intestines...basically it's to keep the bad bacteria in check. If the antibiotics wipe out the…

I LOVE the baja from wendy's without the tortilla strips, dressing, or guac (I just don't like the guac!)...you don't need dressing because there's chili and salsa on it! I get the half size and a small chili (it's the pick two thing) and it's pretty good as far as calories, fat, etc.

ooooooh! buuuump! let me see how this week goes lol

Ah, just kidding--only 3 work outs, not 4....that makes me feel better about getting those last 1640 finished! :)

After tonight, I've burned 1860/3500 calories in 4 workouts...1640 to go....whew... 1000 calories in one day?! Holy moly!

WHEN I meet the challenge (not if!), I will be only 14 pounds shy of having a normal bmi...I haven't seen that in 10 years! Starting...last time I weighed, on Monday 1/3, I was 209 Goal for July 1,…

so my boyfriend and I did this and had one cheat day per week with 60ish grams of carbs per day...i made it through the first week and i told him that if i didn't switch to something else that i was going to eat his face off. i'm pretty sure that he can run on minimal carb-age everyday without an issue, but i just can't…

I think I would put it in as circuit training...I use strength for when I take a rest between sets, and aerobic when I'm not using much resistance, but who knows? :)

to clarify--when I said I "shoot for the 1200 side of things" I meant I let myself be on that side if I'm not hungry--if I'm hungry, I eat every last one of my 1550 and my exercise calories!

I have issues with this some days too--especially if I had a super big workout. I try really hard to eat back half of what I burned; if I don't, I find that I am a bottomless pit the next day and feel super crummy (even more sore than I would normally be). If I don't work out, I shoot for the 1200 side of things...there…

LOVE THIS!!!! Last week I started doing a sculpt class and a spin class right afterwards on Wednesdays--one of my friends affectionately named it DoubleDown Wednesday...because we both felt like we were going to fall down about half way through--I like SKINNY Wednesday better! I have meetings during those classes tomorrow…

Mine used to do that...and it started happening sooner and sooner in my workout and would creep up more and more of my foot...I would have to reposition my feet, and then I would lose my footing and display my gracefulness for the entire gym. I finally gave it up when it started happening within the first ten minutes. Have…

I saw your post and I was really amazed at your previous weightoss efforts--I've had ups and downs, too, and since starting a graduate nursing program last August it's been just a lot of up up up...so here's to some downs for us!! :) I'm using my iphone too an I LOVE that…

Nike has a new shoe line called Nike+ that goes with ipods/iphones where you can download an app and it will configure your workout with your personal musing with tempos, etc...it also tells you how many miles you've been... you just buy the little chip that goes in the shoe (well and the shoes, but there are a ton of them…

I don't know anything about the lipo-b12 shots (I'll def look into it...) but a couple of other things that some people are asking about/commented about that I'd throw in my nursing two cents on: ketosis isn't healthy or productive, ever...it happens when your body breaks down the glycogen in your muscles...this is why…
