Gym at 9pm... heck YEAH! Working out late did keep me up when I first started and that use to be one of my biggest excuses for not doing it. When I'm trying to loose weight I avoid alcohol like the PLAGUE. My theory is that aside frome the calories you're taking in, your metabolism slows down for a few days afterwards. Diddo. I'm there with the same name. Use to go there a lot.....post and contribute....tried a contest or two. Don't go there much anymore for all of the reasons posted previously. Lots of posers over there. Some good articles but you gotta wade through a lot of crap to find good info.

Have you tried an over the counter antacid like TUMS or Rolaids before your workout? Also, your doctor my have some prescription medications that can help with nausea.
