from the steps you took all day. Ignore the fitbit info. Input all exercise into fitbit, sync with mfp, enter all food with mfp, enable negative calories in mfp for when it syncs and go by your calories to eat on mfp. At the end of the day they're within about 15-25 calories for me. Fitbit assumes what you'll continue to…

Noone has been 'snappy'. You asked and were told its a scam...eat less and move more, don't waste your money.

Recipe builder. I weigh whatever dish I'm going to use empty and then when I'm done and I enter it as 1 gram per serving. Then I can dish myself as much or little and still have a proper calorie count

We ate out 5 days a week for lunch and at a minimum 4 dinners. We now eat out 1-2 times a week total. It was a big change and I'm doing OK with it, my kids and husband still squawk about it but it's becoming less.

I've used a FitBit One for close to 3 years and I love it

I use FitBit One and I clip it on my bra (TMI on the little part between the cups) because I don't ever want people to see it. I'm just a very private person and work with the public so I don't want to answer what it is 100 timed a day

Are you using a DIGITAL scale to weigh EVERYTHING?

Where there's a will there's a way...noone can give you the motivation to not make excuses and just do it. It's something you have to want and just get up and do on your own.

I'd either exercise after dinner when you are waiting to leave, sometime between 10p-2am or adjust your body to going to bed earlier and get up and do it before 7....
-
Thanks for the replies and names of the exercises so I can look up how to do them! I appreciate the help

Are you using a digital scale to weigh your food and measuring cups for liquids? If not thats where you start. A box of crackers can say 10 crackers=28grams that=100 calories. But if you weigh them out on a digital scale 28grams may=7 crackers one time and =12 crackers the next (for example). If you aren't weighing…

When your family goes for ice cream on a day you can't have any calorie wise, and you're ok with it, but when you leave for your walk you find them 2 blocks from your house trying to hurry and eat it so you don't have to see.

1. It helps keep you hydrated and helps me not constantly want to snack 2. You can eat in the evening just save some calories 3. Did you set it to lose 2 lbs a week? If so set it to .5 or 1 lb a week to start 4. Yes as long as it's within your calories If you're just starting I'd start with walks around your neighborhood…

I ate at a Mexican restaurant that I've been craving last night and it was like HEAVEN LOL.

Start using the recipe builder...its super easy and WAY more accurate than the generic listings. I just made a recipe this morning, I had 7 ingredients in a cold dip. I scanned each item with my phone as I made the recipe and it literally added maybe 2 minutes more to the process than normal. BUT I now know what the exact…

I'm so tired by the time I go to bed from getting my steps in and my workouts that I just want sleep

I eat dinner about 7 every night and then a snack around 10....I've lost 4 pounds this week. Time he's no bearing on it

You're doing great. Don't lose focus on what you're trying to do....get healthy. The scale motivates me and sometimes I have to step back and realize my goal isn't to see numbers on a scale but to be healthier

I'm NOT a breakfast person but if I skip it I'll eat 600 calories for the day and then overstuff myself right before bed just to get all of my cals in. I find forcing myself to eat even 200 cals in the morning really helps my body want more. So, I eat in the morning usually around 200 cals and I don't seem to have the…

No and we've been married 15 years. He knows everything except my weight. I'm embarrassed that I've gained almost 1/2 of what I weighed when we got together

That was my thoughts too. A box of Little Debbies cost $1 and chips $4 here, I can get a bag of rice, a bag of beans and 4 cans of tuna for that price and it's going to last a heck of a lot longer......

It's a personal preference. I was sick all weekend and ate whatever my husband got for dinner. He can't cook so it was takeout. Today's my birthday but I'm not going to go crazy wild but will indulge a bit.

I had a hard time at first as I don't like water but now I drink 10-16 a day. Just keep working at it
