Congratulations, you have accomplished so much in such a short amount of time. You look healthy.

I was given a heart monitor recently and I have used while working out to see if the MFP numbers were correct and they were right on.

I think it's great because it really makes you realize what's in the foods you eat and what is a normal portion, after you understand that then you wouldn't have to do it if you didn't want to.

Maybe take your measurements and then when you are not losing pounds you can see the inches melting away. I brought my tape measure out this morning and even though I'm not losing a lot of pounds I'm losing a lot of inches.

I have made several loaves of zucchini bread recently, I just add a little bit of oil, maybe 1/2 cup and the rest I use unsweetened applesauce, it works great and taste super good.

Hi, I excercise with Leslie's 3 mile walk with weights and I log it as 45 minutes of walking 3.5. I have lost 43 pounds and 5 1/2 inches off my waist using the DVD and occasionally walking outside.

Your story is so completely inspiring and I noticed that you are from Humboldt, I grew up there but married and moved away, I still love it and miss it, to me there is nothing prettier.
