Okay I'm just going to say it..... MFP ruined my life forever!!! A little dramatic you say? No! Let me start this by saying I have only been on here for 2 months (62 days streak Whoo hoo!!) and I have only lost 10 lbs so far..... But...
Never again will I be able to look at a Krispy Kreme donut the same
Never again will I be able to blissfully drink a 44 oz soda again
Never again will I be able to blindly eat slices and slices of pizza
Never again can I be innocent in eating scoops of peanut butter and think there's no calories since it's not chocolate
Never again will I probably buy whole milk
Never again will I think that working out once a week will balance out all my sweets desserts and junk food
Never again will I think that French frys are harmless (stinking high calorie goodness)
Never again will I get seconds with out thinking about the consequences (30 min of working out? No thanks!)
But then again.....
Never did I realize how much I was eating
Never did I stop and measure things out
Never did I take a minute and check the serving size and calories
Never did I look for healthier alternatives
Never again will I wonder why I am gaining weight?
And never again will I have an excuse. (Shucks :p)

So thanks MFP. Thanks for ruining my life... I think I needed it :)

    Stoopid 100 calories per pack of polynesian sauce at Chick-fil-a, I used to eat 4-5 per meal, cause hey how bad could dipping sauce be......:grumble: :grumble: :noway:

    I am sooooo glad MFP has ruined my life into a longer healthier one. .... and it has made calorie and nutrition so easy to follow, yet the choice of what I want to eat is always mine.
