measuring everything by measure cups, spoons and some things by food scale has really helped me. you have to rinse them really well. I use a different brand and they have no flavor, they take on the flavor of whatever you put with it. I just don't like the texture that much. I love avocado and add it to a lot things. It helps up calories. As a healthy snack when I am hungry in between meals I have nuts, fruit, or a smoothie.

I work at Krispy Kreme Doughnuts filling and decorating. I make way less than all of you. I only make $7.50/hr. I really hope to go back to school soon so I can get a better paying job. My boyfriend and I are really struggling, and having only one car is very hard.

I love my kettlebells. I have a few different dvd's. When I first started my arms would shake a bit, now they dont. I have lost a couple inches off my arms also and my arm muscles are more defined.

I started off by decreasing my creamer use to only 1 teaspoon per mug of coffee and used a packet of stevia to sweeten it up. For the past week and a half or 2 I have been using no creamer at all. I just add cinnamon to my coffee grounds to give it a lil extra flavor and then use a packet of stevia for sweetness.

I like my feet. They are small and all my toes line up pretty evenly. They are a bit short and stubby but I think they are cute, personally I think they look way better than long finger like toes hehe. I also love my green eyes.
