  • I used to be a gym rat, but I had no choice but to work out at home when I had my last baby. I started off with the beachbody program Insanity, and then did Insanity Asylum, and now about to start on Asylum 2. I've actually had better results from these programs than I did at the gym.

  • I had trouble when I did Insanity. I found the easiest to do was to set up the workout, and then just enter in my own calories based on my heart rate monitor. Check out the Polar FT4 if you need one. Heartratemonitorsusa.com is the cheapest ive found.
