That is wonderful! You are so strong. I wish you the very best! Keep up the good work!

Mine stays around 50 and my blood pressure always on the very low end of normal. I have problems with fainting sometimes when I bump my funny bone or something like that. Other than that I am fine.

Only weigh yourself once a week. If you stay under your calorie goal and exercise most days you should be fine. Don't worry! An occasional treat is good.

HI! Add me too! I have a small group and I do my best to support each and everyone.

Thank you! My digital scale says I am at 34% body fat and it is all in my "core area". You are an inspiration! My goal is to be toned and have a flat stomach. Seeing you makes it seem possible for me. Send me a friend request if you like.

You are making some changes and that is a good thing. It takes a long time for tastebuds to change even when you want them to. I had to cut out deep fried foods for a long time. because of my stomach. I occasionally treat myself to some so glorius McD fries with a fish sandwich but is a rare occurence. I do not eat the…

Yes, thank you! After some of the other stuff I read on other threads and websites, I was beginning to think I needed a degree nutrition to figure it out.

I am new to strength training. I have a stability ball and a dvd to go with it. Cant find those exercises in the database. I also have a small dumb bell set, ankle weights, and some hand weight. Dont really have a program. Need some guidance. Nothing to complicated. I am a working mom. If it's to complicated I won't do it.…

10-14% most definitely! 7% is way overboard unless you compete all the time. 10% is my favorite.

Do you recommend doing the weights every day or every other day? All of you ladies have awesome transformations! Your pictures give me hope! I have a scar on my lower abdomen from bladder surgery that I had as a child. It stretched out with two pregnancies and the fat just seems to cling to it. I have about 20 pounds to…

I am 41 yo and 5'8" I am currently 163 but my goal weight is 140-145. My doctor said a good guide is 100lbs for the first 5 feet and then 5lbs for every inch over that.

I would definitely report him to gym management. Trust your instincts and get some civilian pepper spray just to be on the safe side when you are going to and from your car. Better yet, find another gym that takes patron safety more seriously and tell the management why! He is probably trying to "groom" you into thinking…

my doctor said a good guideline is 100lbs for the first 5 feet and then 5lbs for every inch after that. For example I am 5'8', so I should be about 140.

I am hoping to be curvy! I really hope my stomach is as flat as hers when I get done! That is where my weight seems to collect!

Feel free to add me! I check in daily, offer support, and I am down 7 pounds.

Fiber! It has worked for me in the past and I am getting back with it again.

Feel free to add me if you like. My mom is diabetic and I don't want to go there either.

I watched Richard Simmons when he was on tv. First video? Susan Anton!

I was wondering how tall you were. You look amazing! I am 5'8' and hoping to get to 140-145. Such an inspiration. Please add me if you want! Right now I am at 161.

Add me to if you like. My diary is always open. The good, the bad, and the ugly (like today for instance LOL). I am here to support, not judge.
