    Started on o March 1st at 177lbs. and now as of May 15th I am at 147lbs and feel GREAT...My Goal weight is 125 lbs but coming from the doctors mouth I need 5 more lbs to be at my Goal weight that he set for me...:) Good luck to you all....

    5 ft. 8 inches and 140 lbs. It is the weight my body likes as I have been in maintenance mode for 3 years give or take two or three pounds !:smile:

    I am 41 yo and 5'8" I am currently 163 but my goal weight is 140-145. My doctor said a good guide is 100lbs for the first 5 feet and then 5lbs for every inch over that.

    Hi! I am 5'2"
    Started out at 169lbs Jan 23 2012 & the lowest I have gotten on MFP is 159lbs but am currently holding steady at 163lbs...Not sure what I did wrong but this weightloss for me is going SO SLOW...I know I have a couple of bad habits but I have cut out almost everything bad....I understand how it feels to lose weight at a snails pace that is for sure!! :(

    Age 33 height 5'6''. Start weight 160 (Jan) current weight 146. My original goal was 130 but I'm smaller at 140 due to strength training than I was the last time I weighed 130 10 years ago. New Goal is 140.

    Love to have you as a friend, I am about your weight and height also and have lost about what you have, though I am 61 years old and quite active working as a parts service manager at autozone. I feel like I am constantly running all day at work but never loose much weight.:grumble:

    I was 53 years old, 5'10 1/2 and 236lbs
    Now I'm 54, but still 5'10 1/2 (people say I now look taller) and am 163 lbs as of today.
    I got down to 161 *my goal* after six months (November 2010) but took it down to 156 lbs just for grins and because I couldn't stop! LOL

    I didn't look healthy at that weight.... trying to build back lean muscle over the last 3 months and is still in progress! Have a great weekend.

    I had my share of up one minuet moments and down the next. I kept getting back up and trying.

    I am 5'5" tall
    My starting weight was 275lbs
    I am now currently 272.5
    My goal weight is around 125-130lbs.

    I have a long ways to go but hopefully I can get there with some motivation from my friends!!! :bigsmile: :smile: :bigsmile:

    I started last Aug/Sept. Was hoping to reach my goal in a year, but a 3 month long plateau stalled me out. I took a 2 weeks off, which turned into 6 weeks because I ended up getting a battery of tests done, found out the excruciating pain I get is gallstones. Yay. So now I've been back for 40 days, lost the 3 pounds I put on during my break, plus another. So with changing up my routine and increasing daily calories, I'm back on track and losing quickly, like in the beginning. Hope that trend continues!

    I started in November of last year. I really didn't get serious until February of this year. I am hoping to be down to my goal weight by the end of July.

    im 5ft 6, i started losing weight at 100kg after my daughter was born i weighed 77.7 kg on friday when i joined and am aiming to get to 65kg within 3 to 4 months

    I'm 5'6 and joined MFP in January @ 187lbs. I'm now 166 and my goal was 150 but I've since dropped it to 130 as apparently that's bang in the middle of my "ideal" and I want to start bulking so I'll end up putting some back on :)
