Start weight was 133
Current weight is 126
Goal weight is 118

I'm 6'2", was 240 last year, currently about 225 and aiming for 190. When I get there, I might aim for 180...

I started in 1996 I weighed 300 pounds
I am currently at 185 pounds
I am 5"4 inches tall
I had my share of up one minuet moments and down the next. I kept getting back up and trying.0 -

I am now currently 272.5
My goal weight is around 125-130lbs.

I started last Aug/Sept. Was hoping to reach my goal in a year, but a 3 month long plateau stalled me out. I took a 2 weeks off, which turned into 6 weeks because I ended up getting a battery of tests done, found out the excruciating pain I get is gallstones. Yay. So now I've been back for 40 days, lost the 3 pounds I put on during my break, plus another. So with changing up my routine and increasing daily calories, I'm back on track and losing quickly, like in the beginning. Hope that trend continues!0 -

im 5ft 6, i started losing weight at 100kg after my daughter was born i weighed 77.7 kg on friday when i joined and am aiming to get to 65kg within 3 to 4 months0

I'm 5'6 and joined MFP in January @ 187lbs. I'm now 166 and my goal was 150 but I've since dropped it to 130 as apparently that's bang in the middle of my "ideal" and I want to start bulking so I'll end up putting some back on0

i started losing weight when i was WAY over 145 (i was a size 18 and didn't wanna weight myself)
i started losing weight a while ago and it just stopped at around 118
and then i joined here last december and lost the last 6 pounds and now my body has reached

I eat emotionally too. I am trying to get out of that habit but it is hard. I need to keep healthy snacks around but it seems like I never have the healthy things when I need them.0
