Exactly what I was thinking. I also agree that you are making too much of it. Eat before hand and nibble some bread and sip a drink at the restaurant .

This is all such great advice! I feel so much better, because I do a lot of walking and moving and I went over by 99 calories according to MFP, but TDEE seems much more accurate, because I truly feel drained when I am exactly at or under what MFP says. Thank you for helping to clarify things for me

I'll admit. I am totally obsessed. IMO: In a perfect world Amanda and McCrae would be on the block. GinnaMarie would be America's MVp vote for nominee and Howard or Elissa would win HOH. I kind of like their game plays and want to keep the drama going strong.
