I also find it award and that it hurts my hip that is on the floor. So, I put a towel down that I have folded in half twice to add some more cushion. It is definitely a side crunch type of move to work the obliques.

I just picked this one up too and really liked it as well. Would also recommend it. Have only tried workout 3 so far, but it was fast paced and fun.

Just started Week 7 today. Am in the middle of phase 2. Love the program so far. I weigh more often than once a week (obsessive) and change the weight setting on the HRM as soon as I have a loss.

I also just finished Cardio 2. Same thing, sweating like crazy. When she yells "Do you have one more?" at the beginning of the 3rd circuit. I yelled right back at her, "No, not one more, no!" But, managed to finish the the set anyway.

The videos do get more challenging, but you will see that you will get stronger as the weeks go by. So, in a sense it gets a little easier. Week 1 was killer for me, with the double workouts I was so sore. The first couple of days it really hurt just to sit down or to climb the stairs. I started to stretch more during the day after the workouts and it seemed to help. I don't think she has us stretching enough during these workouts in order to keep them all…

Today is the beginning of week 4 for me. Love the DVDs so far and I did really well weeks 1 & 2, but slipped with my food choices last week and skipped a workout. Would love to have some more friends to help keep on track in the weeks ahead :smile:

Any recommedations out there on a good, reliable hrm? I have one and don't think it is acurate. With resting heart rate, I can do it 3 or 4 times in a row and all numbers will be different. Who has one that they love and trust it to be correct?
