  • I also find it award and that it hurts my hip that is on the floor. So, I put a towel down that I have folded in half twice to add some more cushion. It is definitely a side crunch type of move to work the obliques.
  • ^^Me too. On Week 8 and wondering about the dive bombers. Will have go get the video now and check it out. LOL
  • I just picked this one up too and really liked it as well. Would also recommend it. Have only tried workout 3 so far, but it was fast paced and fun.
  • Just started Week 7 today. Am in the middle of phase 2. Love the program so far. Definitely challenging, but can tell I am getting stronger each week. 16 pounds down and a total of 8 inches lost. :) I am following her calorie guidelines for each meal, and eating some of the meals from the meal plan. I have stopped the…
  • I weigh more often than once a week (obsessive) and change the weight setting on the HRM as soon as I have a loss.
  • That's great...LOL Planning on eating in moderation and adding in cardio tomorrow as well.
  • LOL!!

  • Congrats on completing Week 1. Don't be nervous, you will see as the weeks progress how much stronger you get and you will be ready for it.
  • Hi, that's great. You will love the program. I just finished Week 5 today and really like it so far. Add me as a friend if you'd like. LMK if you have any questions that I can help with. One tip I will give you now, is to stretch throughout your day. The first week put a lot of us in some pain. (Possibly due to not…
  • I also just finished Cardio 2. Same thing, sweating like crazy. When she yells "Do you have one more?" at the beginning of the 3rd circuit. I yelled right back at her, "No, not one more, no!" But, managed to finish the the set anyway.
  • The videos do get more challenging, but you will see that you will get stronger as the weeks go by. So, in a sense it gets a little easier. I'm on Week 5, so for me, it seems to be very hard when I switch the videos and go up to the next level. By the second week of each new set of videos it is better. (1/2 moving up to…
  • Hi Everyone, Glad to hear about all of the progress so far. Just did my measurements to see what I lost during Phase 1. Happy to say that I lost a total of 11lbs and 7 total inches. I did follow the kickstart to a T and lost 9lbs during that week. However, I did not follow the meal plan that much afterwards. I did stay…
  • Sweating like crazy to these dvds. Love the program so far....
  • Moving on to # 5 today for the first time. Proud of myself for completing phase 1. Must say a little scared of what's in store after reading the posts above. Gonna stick it out though :) and see what I can accomplish. Good luck to all of you moving on to weeks 7 & 8.
  • Great job! So glad that you are liking the program. I love Body Rev. Way to go!
  • Week 1 was killer for me, with the double workouts I was so sore. The first couple of days it really hurt just to sit down or to climb the stairs. I started to stretch more during the day after the workouts and it seemed to help. I don't think she has us stretching enough during these workouts in order to keep them all…
  • Glad to hear that I am not the only one. I'm in the middle of Week 4 and thought I would give Cardio 2 a try today instead of Cardio 1. It was a pretty big difference for me. Kept up very well with the first two circuits, but was dying and yelling at her during circuit 3. LOL The one I hate the most is the but kicks, not…

  • LOL! That's great  Hadn't really noticed either, are you all talking about the guy that Jillian is always lifting up his shirt to show off his abs?
  • I haven't tried this recipe yet, but did notice a difference on a few of them. So, I also started logging it here like the others have done.
  • Sounds great, thanks for sharing
  • Thanks for posting this. That is great to hear, will have to try it soon.
  • Today is the beginning of week 4 for me. Love the DVDs so far and I did really well weeks 1 & 2, but slipped with my food choices last week and skipped a workout. Would love to have some more friends to help keep on track in the weeks ahead
  • Thanks everyone for all of the suggestions
  • Thanks, I will check it out.
  • Any recommedations out there on a good, reliable hrm? I have one and don't think it is acurate. With resting heart rate, I can do it 3 or 4 times in a row and all numbers will be different. Who has one that they love and trust it to be correct?
