Stole from the molten lava cake thread and tweaked it.

1tbsp Hersheys cocoa
1tbsp flour
1tbsp sugar
2tsp Blue Diamond unsweetend vanilla milk
1tsp mini nestle semi sweet morsels

Mine microwaved for 50secs. It was yummy. My 5 year old ate half!

Hershey's - Baking Cocoa, 1 tbsp 10 3 1 0 0 0
C & H - Sugar (Tbsp), 1 Tbsp 45 0 0 0 12 0
Blue Diamond Natural - Almond Breeze Vanilla- Unsweetend, 0.13 cup (8 fl. oz.) 5 0 0 0 0 23
Nestle - Tollhouse Semi-Sweet Mini Morsels, 0.33 TBS (14 g) 23 3 1 0 3 0
Gold Medal - All-Purpose Flour, 0.0625 cup (30g) 25 6 0 1 0 0
