as im only 5ft i should weigh about 126 but i would be happy to get to 153 any loss i would be happy with as that would be an achievement :-)

amazing im 5ft day 1 227 lbs!!! at least 100lbs to go on day 4 everyday will be a step closer to reach my goal along road ahead keep up the gd work & keep on track :smile:

Thank you , i normally put slices of lemon in the soda water with chopped up grapes and sliced strawberry's nice to eat after, will defo change to sparkling water!! and try the cucumber added looking for all new ideas to try to add to water.

I,m 44 That day has come to actually start thinking of myself & put my self first for a change so this is my 1st step to try & lose quite a lot the healthy way. Not only to change my appearance but also how i feel & to have more energy, & feel good of what i can achieieve .. day 1 :-)
