I saw everyone raving about them, and had to try some, so I bought the cookie dough and the cookies and cream. Really wasn't impressed. :/ Sorry quest bar lovers.

Getting there!! 154 vs. 126

I hope so!! After one child, my tummy looks the same!! I have found inspiration through her ---> https://www.facebook.com/CoachJessamyn?ref=profile She was contemplating a tummy tuck, but if you look through "My Transformation" album, she has managed to get rid of hers through eating clean and exercise. I THINK there is…

Amazing and definitely inspiring!

The weekends have been my pitfall. We work opposite shifts, so I can eat healthy, then on the weekends, it's all fast food crap and pizza. I've done great the last couple of weeks. Be firm!! And like nutter3369 said, throw it away. He will get sick of having wasted money.

You can do it! That is a HUGE success story by itself! :) We're all rooting for you!
-
Yes! Pretty much exactly right. 1200 could have been too little for you. Yes, you will lose to begin, but you will eventually plateau (like you did) By eating more, your getting your body out of that under-eating mode. You will gain back a few pounds, but it will be OKAY! Give yourself a week or two, and I bet you'll start…

This is so awesome!! And thank you for showing others out there that it is okay to EAT and still lose weight! ;)

A man in a suit. :P

I'm about 4'11'' 1/4.. close enough to 5' right!? Haha. I was about 129 when I got pregnant. My "happy" weight it about 115-120. After giving birth, I was 154.4. I'm now 143. I still have a little ways to go, but if it's any motivation, I'd love to help! And can always use more motivation myself!
-
I think you're the closest! :) I had a little girl on October 30,2011 so trying to loose my baby pudge as well!

I'll probably have a hard time finding a short twin.. :) 4'11'' SW: 154.4 CW: 143 GW: 118 Give or take. :)

Awesome!! Great motivation for me! :)
-
Haha! Yes.. unless they've so destroyed their metabolism by eating under 1,200 calories. Then they unfortunately have lots of work to do to build muscles back up.
-
YES!! As I said.. I'm 4'11'' and need to eat 1400-1600 calories. Anything less and I plateau.. or GAIN!!
-
I'm 4'11'' and my BMR is about 1260.. But I always eat more than that. Or at least try to. I also have hypothyroidism. Personally, if I eat around my BMR, I simply don't lose weight. I find people who can eat/exercise properly far more inspiration (as it shows you don't have to starve yourself!). Do you really want to live…

You look amazing! :)

Al Capone on my fathers side and Ashley Lilley (from Mamma Mia) on my moms side. My dad does a lot research in our family ancestry! (though the above two are quite close)

Instead of eating back calories, I've always liked this calculator from fat2fit radio. It will give you your BMR and calculate the calories you need based on your activity level. http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ I hope that helps!! I've also never eaten back calories if I work out for less than in hour. I think if…

My mom is from Scotland and has always called it a turnip. I love them! Most people I know haven't tried them either. I just hate peeling and cutting them!
-
I used to hate mine. Being a kid, my brother would call them sun spit instead of sun kissed. Being a natual redhead, I definitely have them! My boyfriend loves them. I haven't met anyone yet who thought they were ugly,

I work 6:45am-3pm. It's a little hard to fit a workout in with a baby, but I usually manage! Plus I like to get a nap in. So I usually get home, feed her, either nap when she does around 4-ish, or I workout then I nap a little later.

Very inspirational! I hope I look that great after 35 Ibs! :)

Need to eat more! Your BMR is what your body would burn itself.. say if you were in a coma. You should NEVER eat under your BMR. Check out Fat 2 Fit radio. They have great podcasts about BMR and how much you CAN eat and still lose weight. :)

lol! Never heard of this but I passed boobs and butt! :p haha.
-
Very likely shin splints. I use to get them when I first started working out. They do go away eventually but can be very achy. With your heel on the ground, lift your toes up. This should help them. There might be other things you can do, so maybe do a google search! :) HTH!

Same here.. I was a really small A cup. I had a baby in October so I'm still a large C, but once I start loosing more weight, I'm pretty sure they're going to shrink. I have a very small upper body. Now, If I could keep my butt AND boobs when I loose weight, I'd be very happy. But I don't think any cream is going to help.…

Younger! I'm almost 26. A few years back, I had my hair up in braids to curl it, and a lady thought I was 13. :o I'd say I look in my late teens but not 13! haha

Started playing violin in 4th grade and have been playing ever since! 16 years!

I would start by kind of what you already did.. make your goals! Write them down. Figure out how many calories your body needs and how often you plan on working out. Don't starve your body! MFP is pretty good at showing the calories you need. I would say no gym is absolutely needed. If joining is what gets you motivated to…
