hi everyone!

if I can inspire just ONE person, this success story will be well worth my time.

my journey has not been easy, I work full time and have never joined a gym! I don't believe its necessary.

I walk at home for about 30 minutes or run on my elliptical for 25-30 minutes.

I don't ALWAYS eat clean - I do cheat, who doesn't?

I started my journey January 1, 2013 and to date I've lost a total of 34 pounds!

I have decided to stop focusing on the scale and learn how to tone my body...

It is possible.. It is NOT easy... Do NOT give up... You are worth it!!
