900 to 1100 is very low calories for a male. Your body must think you are trying to starve yourself.

The first two weeks are the hardest when you eat all the time. I would suggest finding something to do with your hands. Work on a home improvement project or take up a hobby. Find something to preoccupy yourself as you adjust your eating. After a couple of weeks you won't miss it.

Thanks for all the great advice Everyone. I do plan to workout today. I workout 5 times a week for an hour. That will get me 400 extra calories for today. Some of your comments are really funny.

Great idea. I am under by 177 today. This is unusual though. I have a cold and so I didn't eat much breakfast or lunch. I had a huge dinner.
