1) His uncle gave it, he gets to keep it. 2) Baby skin?

Your goal was to be able to do 20 in a row. You have not yet done 20 in a row. You have come close to achieving your goal, you have not achieved it yet.

Yep. me too. I had lost 30 pounds using MFP, decided to quit smoking in September 2012. I have not smoked since, but I have gained everything back that I lost and can't make a dent in losing again. To say I'm frustrated is to put it mildly -- I could scream!!

Good for you!!

Unsweetened almond milk - great on cereal and also to drink.

By "terrible copy" I believe he meant that the copy writing in the ad was terrible. Not that it was A terrible copy. Ease up folks.

I love milk, but was not willing to use up all the calories on it - even skim was 90 a cup. I am now in love with unsweetened almond milk - 30 calories a cup.

I was able to adjust my cholesterol numbers with a breakfast change. Cheerios and oatmeal became my best friends, nearly every day this is what I would have. I also added a natural (like New Chapter or Nordic Naturals) brand Fish Oil supplement to the vitamins I take daily. Never had to get a prescription to control…

Aldi has a perfectly delicious roasted red pepper hummus.

I walked a mile and a half in between my two jobs today. I think walking is great exercise and I plan to keep doing it. I have a friend who runs marathons and she encourages me with my walking, she doesn't make fun of it. I wish you can find friends like her.

I was sure my answer would be Snickers bars. Nope. Second post got me: cheesecake. Definitely cheesecake.

500 extra calories a day? Yum! Okay, our tastes may not be exactly alike, but these are my go to snack items that I always have and eat multiple days a week without getting tired of them. Pistachios - a serving is about 49 nuts for around 160 calories Hard boiled egg - 70 calories of yum! Weight Watchers String Cheese - 50…

I love milk, but even my skim was pretty high in calories for a cup. I switched to almond milk for the lower calories.

Walk, it's still exercise.

Yep - had cupcakes on Wednesday as a matter of fact. Yum!

I smoked for 34 years. I quit last fall, 8 months. When I quit, I was right around a 25 pound weight loss mark. I gained some of that back. I expected to, and I allowed it. I continued to track every single bite, just as I did while I was losing. But I allowed myself some pity food and some "oh look at what I gave up"…

No. Coffee is no longer water. Water is water. Water with something in it is not water.

Maybe someone already suggested it - I wear my heart rate monitor when doing things like this so I can get an accurate idea.

Yes, mine does, and really always has. I also really sweat a lot. I've been this way for as long as I can remember, so I don't think much of it -- but I was in a new Zumba class and the instructor almost stopped she was staring at me so hard! Took ma minute to realize why, then I had to convince her I was not on the verge…

Especially if you are on a medication that affects your kidneys, you should see a doctor about kidney pain. Do not try to to self diagnose yourself.

The Monique looks prettier on you.

Me too. Although a bit more extreme, I gave in and was eating like a fiend and did gain back some of my losses. But, I am finally back on track and ready to start losing again. I quit at the end of September 2012. I think it is just a time thing, but obviously I don't have anything scientific to contribute. Just wanted to…

You are so right about those Market Pantry Chocolate Mint ones - delicious!! If you have an Aldis near you, they have a store brand double chocolate that is 170 calories and pretty tasty.

Guys are not that intuitive. You say he knows you are on a plan...but does he know that that means that you plan to eat healthier forever? You might want to talk it through with him. I agree that he was just trying to show some love with the Jack In The Box call and he may not realize that fried chicken isn't healthy. I…

If you're questioning what to do with your FWB, you already know it would be "wrong" to do anything with him for right now. If he is a friend, you should be able to talk straight to him about it...and call him up if the other thing doesn't work out.

You can only quit when you are ready and it is right for you. Not for someone else. not to do it as quitting buddies, not because it is the right thing to do. I smoked for 34 years, and I quit twice during that time. Four months ago was my time though. I armed myself as well as I could (I had prescription Wellbutrin,…

No, it isn't worth it. There is no magic bullet. The only way you are going to lose weight on Sensa or Rasberry Ketones or African Mango or MFP or Weight Watchers or SlimFast or anything else of the moment is by following the "sensible diet and exercise plan enclosed".

Get well, then continue on with working out. If you don't take proper care of yourself, you will only set yourself back further. You have much enthusiasm right now -- and you will have it still when you are feeling better. best of luck with the stopping smoking also!! I smoked for 30 + years, and quit last September. yes,…

Galaxy S III was the better choice for me and I am loving it!!
