I love a glass of wine with my evening meal before my drive for health and fitness LOL I would quite often finish the bottle most nights but now I try to have at least two dry nights a week and stick to the one glass as after a few I raid the cupboards

have cut down massively try to stick to one glass with my evening meal and no more than 4 times a week at least that's the theory sometimes I do fall off the health wagon like tonight "might as well finish what's left in the bottle and have a dry night tomorrow"
