It's super easy to make on your own
just blend up a tsp of almonds per cup of water. Soaking the almonds first makes it easier, but if you have a high speed blender, you can just make it anytime.

I do this every few days and it's awesome. You can even add vanilla extract or sugar if that's your thang

Do you have a Nutricentre in a Tesco near you? Ours sell it, I always want to buy it but I refuse to spend over £2 on a carton of milk

I stick to Oatly which is a nicer taste than soy milk but not as dear as almond

I made the mistake of getting hemp milk once, never again

Sainsbury's, Asda, Tesco... You can also get Alpro hazelnut milk in at least some of those (and it's yum!)

Depending on who makes it it has more calcium than milk the one I use only 35 cal, no sugar only 1 carb, 2.5 g of fat (good). Plus shelf life is awesome although I use mine up no worries like the one I have now does not expire till June 19.

It is made by SILK called Pure Almond I use it everyday for making my protein smoothie ..I hope you can find it as I am in the US.
