    we only track miles or KM...you need to convert your minutes into miles or KM please for dino to track you...

    This sounds like a great way to get into being accountable for my exercise...so I'm in. SInce I'm a walker and not sure how many miles I can do, I'll go with a total of 700 minutes of walking for the month.

    I just did 15 miles spinning. So, I'm up to 55 miles. I'm trying to do better this month. Tomorrow I'm going biking after work with a friend, but I won't update my ticker with that ride until it's done. Too many variables can affect that outcome!

    Got in 5.73 in a mix of cycling and elliptical at the gym this morning.

    25.875 miles down and 34.125 miles to reach my goal.

    I think I might be crazy or addicted to running. I left home at 4:30 am to meet a running group for 4:45 am. What in the world? My alarm for work doesn't go off until 5:45 am. I ran my 3.14 miles in under 40 minutes, stretched, went home, and got ready for work. To my surprise I wasn't tired all day. Humm? Might have to try that one again.

    This is a crazy, crazy time of year for me, but I'm getting in at least some exercise: 2 miles of walking (the dog) yesterday. 3 miles of walking (the dog) today. 15.4 miles of biking today (and got rained on at that).
