Really kind of depends on the situation. For example, if I know I am going to a party or out to dinner and I want to have a favorite food with no guilt, then I do. If it's just a normal day/week, then no.

Thanks for all of you that commented about my earlier post! You guys are right...I see what you are saying! I can make healthy choices and I can ask myself "do I really want this?" and usually I can talk myself out of something I don't need to have. :) Good idea walking whenever I can fit some time in!!

occasionally, not everyday. Sometimes, when you are on the go...there is not much else to eat, especially on the road. Everyday is not a good thing. Cut back the next meal or the next day when you have fast food.

Right now walking IS my workout until I get in better shape. 5-6 miles everyday I walk. My feet were sore yesterday so I think I need a rest.
