  • I want to loose about 10-15lbs and gain muscle.
  • I was wondering the same thing! If I want to ultimately lose another 10lbs or so yet gain muscle in the long run... should you try to lose those 10lbs before lifting? Since in order to gain muscle you have to increase calories.
  • I'm 5'5" and 150 lbs with athletic build. I'm aiming for 140 lbs as my first goal. 130 lbs sounds awesome. If I get there I'll have to see how my body looks and feels at that weight and then see.

  • Awesome job!! I've been telling myself for the last 3 years i'm going to RUN a whole 5k but I always fall off over the summer months and end up run/walking any 5k I do. Thanks for the inspiration, I want to start trying to run again and run a 5k in September!
  • I'm on day 9 today of Level 1. I needed something to keep me in check and get motivated to work out again. So far so good :) If anyone wants any to add me feel free and we can motivate each other!
  • I've been on here a while and stopped keeping track for a few months, I'm on day 10 of keeping track again today! We seem to have similar goals. I'm 5'5" about 154 now and would like to at least get down to 140 to start.
  • It is definitely a hard workout but it pushes me to do more then I ever would myself at the gym! I'm on Phase 2 but i haven't been able to stick with the 6 day a week workouts during this phase. I'm still planning on finishing but with a busy life it's hard to keep up with the schedule.

  • I'm on the second Phase of insanity. I think they give me a really great workout that I couldn't get on my own. My only issue is trying to keep up with it 6 days a week. I was good during Phase 1.. but now I seem to miss a lot more days during Phase 2. I'm determined to finish even if I only do it 4/5 days a week though :)…
