I'm starting over too. Put my weight back on through anxiety and depression which meant I rarely left the house. Lost a stone in last 3 months but will have put some of that on over Xmas but raring to go again

I generally eat a really low fat diet so sometimes my body really craves stuff and u get headache or dizzy. I was like this Thursday so I had a Chinese take away and been fine since! Sometimes it's just what our body needs

I like a big breakfast so I have overnight oats with almond milk and pb2. I add fruit of some kind to it usually a pink lady apple and then I have a vanilla protein shake made with almond milk x

I buy lots of food mags, ww, slimming world, good food and I aim to have min of 2-3 new dishes every week. Really works and some weeks I do a new one every day! I do have staples I buy such as fruit, veg, oats, eggs and almond milk but I think it's good to mix it up x

I do a meal plan a week in advance do I'm literally just buying foods that I need and nothing more. I also do my shopping online do I'm not tempted by any sales in the supermarket! I also buy own brand things rather than the popular brands x

I get the weekly graze boxes and I just had some berry flapjack which was great. Also the toffee apple is good for a sweet tooth x

One thing that works for me is planning a menu and shopping list weekly. So today I planned all my evening meals from Friday (28th June) through to the following thurs. then I go shopping fri and just stick to what's on my list that way I don't have to worry about what to cook but also we have little no junk in the house.…
