    Hi, I just signed up about 30 minutes ago. I am 55 years old and I am looking to lose 50lbs.

    I can see already how MFP is going to be very helpful. I would love to be friends with everyone, however, at this time until I understand the process; I am looking for women that are in my age range and may have struggled with their weight for the past 20 years. I am a business owner and work 12 to 17hours days, six days a week., therefore, I am not on the computer a lot and will need to manage my time well.

    Please send me any suggestions that you may have. Thank you for your help, I am looking forward to a great weight lost and healthy journey.
