Yea thats the one I had most trouble with too! I used a lotta diced tomatoes to make pasta sauce and such ....which yes I could just chop tomatoes but it's so much more work! Oh well I guess I just have to give in and do it.:flowerforyou:

I worked out a couple hours after giving blood and was fine...however everyone body is different. I also think working out caused me to have HUGE bruise from where they took the blood. When making mashed potatoes I cut them with cauliflower.... half potatoes half cauliflower. I must admit eating all real potatoes does taste better but when you cut them there much easier on the waist line! They don't taste as good but since cauliflower has little taste they are still very yummy!:flowerforyou:

Haha thanks for all the feedback and kind words...I might have one for breakfast as a treat tomorrow but the rest are for my boyfriend and maybe taking a couple to work. I just could believe it when he handed me 6 donuts! Who needs 6 donuts?!?!?

I think these are better than say going to Burger King or whatever but I had to throw my two cents in that raw veggies will give you much more of the vitamins that your body needs!:flowerforyou:

I gave blood yesterday and did my normal workout after. I was fine other than a bit of dizziness from running on the treadmill. I think strength training may have also contributed to the huge bruise I know have on my arm. I think like everyone said above....just listen to your body. I was hesitant to go to the gym at first…

One important thing to keep in mind about weight loss is that you can eat anything you want you just need to realize if you eat peanut butter toast you should probably have salad for dinner or fish....something low calorie. Back when I had this problem I noticed a big part of the problem was easy access to fattie foods. For instance if I had a feeling like I needed to binge and there was cooking in the kitchen I'd eat them all....but now I don't buy anything but health food. This helped for me at least because I was usually too lazy to go out…

I don't know what TOM stands for but don't you think it's a bit silly to weigh yourself on a full tummy in the middle of the day? Of course you're going to weight more at that time then you actually do.
